At Panos Photography, we work as a small, dedicated team focused on capturing weddings with clarity, structure, and calm energy. From the first enquiry to the final delivery, everything is carefully organised to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for couples. We stay fully attentive to emotion, atmosphere, and detail, allowing moments to unfold naturally. Our focus is always on genuine connection—capturing real moments as they happen less directing them only when is needed. With strong organisation behind the scenes and a relaxed approach on the day, we create space for honest storytelling that feels natural, meaningful, and timeless.
Step 1
We begin with a relaxed call to understand your plans, your ideas and what matters most to you. This is also a chance to answer any questions and make sure we are the right fit.
Step 2
Once your date is secured, we help with timelines, locations, and anything that makes the day feel smooth and well-organised. As the date gets closer, we confirm the final details together.
Step 3
We work quietly and naturally, documenting the day as it unfolds. There is guidance when needed, but the focus is always on keeping things simple and capturing authentic moments.
Step 4
All images and films are carefully selected and edited before delivery. You receive everything once it is ready in a format that is easy to view, download and share.

How far in advance should we book?
Dates between May and October tend to book well in advance, so it’s always best to get in touch as early as possible.

Do you only shoot weddings?
Alongside weddings, we also offer photography or videography for baptisms, proposals, private events, sunset sessions and family moments.

Do you offer photography and videography combination packages?
Yes. Photography and videography can be booked separately or combined depending on your needs.

What if we need more time on the day?
We try to be as flexible as possible. If, extra time is requested on the day, there is additional cost per hour.

What if we need guidance?
Once you have filled out the questionnaire and we have an understanding of the moments you want captured, we will be able to give the right directions and guidance before or during the day.

When we will receive our footage?
From the day of your event, usually it's taking 1-3 months to delivery the final results, in depends the length of the package that you choose.

When Is the best time for the Ceremony?
In photography, lighting is everything. The best time for your ceremony is when the sun begins to set, creating soft, warm, and flattering light for more beautiful photos.

Is five hours enough?
Dependent on what you are looking for. With the right schedule and preparation we can include every part of your day. We can also discuss about the extension option for safety.

Do we meet in person beforehand?
I strongly recommend meeting in the days beforehand, if possible. That way, we can go through everything once again, make sure we’re fully aligned, and build confidence and trust between us.
